Engineering: from problem to parts

You don’t need to know what the part should look like. Bring the problem — we design the mechanism and make all the parts.

What this service is

Specialty CNC is for when you already have a part or drawing. Engineering is for when you have a problem — a motion, a mount, a clamp, a connection — and need someone who can design the mechanism and cut every piece.

That background comes from decades building automation and CNC equipment. We use it to design fixtures, jigs, adapters, brackets, guards, and complete mechanisms — then make the parts here in Brooksville.

Examples

Motor to pump. Mounts, couplings, brackets, and guards so a motor drives a pump cleanly — designed as a set and made as a set.
Pneumatic tube clamp. A clamping mechanism for tubes: we design the whole mechanism and make all the parts.
Fixtures, jigs, and adapters. Workholding and interface parts so your production or assembly runs the way it should.

CAM programming

3D and 2D toolpath programming, nesting, and full machine simulation before any material is cut.

3D toolpaths programmed on a long wooden strut with angled end cuts, shown in CAM software
Close-up of 3D toolpaths on the angled ends of a strut
2D toolpaths for triangular and curved parts nested on a sheet, with hold-down positions around the edge
Machine simulation of the nested sheet being cut, showing the tool and finished part outlines

How it works

1
Describe the problem — photos, sketches, samples, or a short call all help.
2
We design the mechanism and review it with you before material is committed.
3
We build the parts (and fixtures or adapters as needed).
4
Deliver, then revise or repeat as the job needs.
